John was in the egg business. He had several hundred young layers (hens), called 'pullets', and ten roosters to fertilize them. He kept records, and any rooster not performing went into the soup pot and was replaced.

Hopefully you guys will wake up before it is too late. The track we are on is obviously the wrong one, and any gun owner who votes democrat is just kidding themselves. I hope we can correct the mistake of 2008 in 2012.
I had never shot an H&K 91 before, so I shot a friends about 20 times, and decided to video it. Muffed it up a bit, dang operating rod is not on the side I am used to, but a few more drills and I will do it right every time. Here is the video....
In March I was lucky enough to travel to your beautiful country and participate on my first ever wild boar hunt.
Due to heavy snow in the area, hunting from a post was the only viable option and at this time of the year only 1 year old...

It costs 1 800 sek per day. This includes one animal, boar or deer (no meat). If you´re planning to shoot a bigger boar or deer there´s an extra fee for the trophy.
They also have an accomodation on the land. I think it costs around 300 sek/night....
I have owned and still own several Sako rifles. I am not terribly fond of the stocks on the 85s, and while I do like a synthetic stock, as well as a wood one. I find the synthetic stock on the 85 to look a little cheap, and not what I would expect...
Got a new toy about a month ago. A Sauer 202 Highland in 8X57 Mauser. The bottom picture of the group was shot on an old target, and there is a 25 caliber bullet hole on the left side of it.
The velocity out of the 20 inch pippa was 2581 fps

I bought a box of the 160 grain Hornady FTX bullets for the 30-30. Found that the sharp spire point allows you to seat the bullets out to the lands without any function problems. Most 150 and 170 grain roundnose and flat nose bullets designed for...

Not sure, as I did not chrono it, Will be doing some more work with it, as I bought another rifle, and a 30-30 AI reamer. I will be doing a side by side comparison, with chrono results.
I found this lonely little Sig P220 in 45ACP the other day and had to adopt it. Has the original box, three factory mags and two aftermarket mags. I shot it at a steel gong out in my yard and it smacks it with authority. Here is a picture.

Kimber rifles are neat little outfits, however getting one that will shoot accurately has been a problem. Some shoot, some do not.

I got a new set of 20 gage/9.3X74R barrels for my BBF 97, started playing with them even though the wind was very gusty, loaded 56 grains of IMR 4007sc behind a 232 grain Norma Vulcan and got this at 42 yards.
Moved the target back to a full 50...

here is the first group out of a clean barrel, using 250 grain Accubonds, I think I can do better, but feel this is pretty good accuracy for a break open gun.
Well I finally got my new set of barrels for my Blaser BBF97 ordered today. I ordered a set of 20 gage/9.3X74R barrels. I all ready have dies and a considerable amount of brass on hand, so as soon as they get here I will be ready to rock and roll. I...

Sounds great, a friend of mine has 9,3x74R on his D99, last week he shot a fox in full swing, somehow the fox transformed into two smaller foxes, so if you plan to hunt anything smaller than red fox it might be just a bit too much punch for the job...

I agree that the 124s and 147s would probably print in the right spot, but with the current political climate in the US, 115grain ammo is scarce but available. I have not seen any other bullet weight for at least 5 months. I am not sure about the...

The 77gr Lapua is not a Scenar, its the older HPBT-bullet.
The 70gr Sierra MK can also be used, if you just prepair the HP so it doesn´t expand.

As a landowner in Sweden you have strong rights to perform hunting on your own property, maybee even a bit to strong, but that is strictly my personal opinion.
