I have my two grandchildren in UK for the moment. They visit their grandparants in Heckington (S Lincon) over the holiday.
Where in Sweden are you supose to hunt?

Thank you Vettern and thank you Kribbe for the links, checking out that list should make my day at work more enjoyable and pass a lot faster

Kribbe, in England I only hunted with a shotgun and this was mainly for pheasant, wood pigeon, partridge, woodcock, crow, grey squirrel, rabbit, hare and the occasional fox if one should be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I took my jegerprøve in Norway a couple of years ago and I now own a shotgun (12/76) Rifle (6,5x55 Swedish ) and a Kombi (12-7x57R). In Norway I've only tried hunting roe deer with and without dogs, I shot my first roe deer in November, (shown in my avatar pic) in Ski approximately 30 minutes south east of Oslo and now I'm just trying to learn and experience the different types of hunting.

I apologise for the delayed reply.

I ended up travelling to Kisa and was lucky enough to get two wild boar on my first night

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with any gun stores in Liverpool, my hunting in the UK has only taken place in the North East.

I did a google search and could only find the following:

Hi Emil,

I don't hunt in the westland, so I'm sorry I can't help you out personally!

I suggest that you register on the Norwegian hunting forum Kammeret.no and hopefuly someone on the forum might be able to help you.

You could also try Inatur.no here you can just buy a hunting ticket online for the area and the species you want to hunt!

Good luck with the move to Norway and if your ever in Oslo let me know and we can meet for an expensive beer!
