If you make 2 passes and you do crimp + roll, then you have to leave 10mm from the top of the hull
If you make 3 passes and you do crimp + third stage + roll, then you have to leave up to 12mm from the top of the hull
With the four stage closure and the you can have the perfect hull at12 mm free space
With the four stage closure and the special third stage crimper you can go up to 13 or 14mm free space
with the five stage you will be able to obtain some more advantages...
The point is this one, as example:
A1 - 12/70 - 1.60x32gr - SuperG 22 - * - 58mm [11mm free space]
A1 - 12/70 - 1.60x32gr - SuperG 19 - * - 58mm [13mm free space]
So the point is that you will not need to decrease the quantity of lead, but to decrease just one step the wad height!
The advantage is more initial velocity, more residual velocity and more concentration of the lead on the target!
About the text, it means:
FIVE PASS CLOSURE WITH 12 FREE SPACE
HALF CRIMP - CONIC CRIMP - THIRD STAGE - SIMPLE FOURTH STAGE - ROLL [here is the normal third stage + normal fourth stage]
ΑΜΡ5ΑΣΜ2Π is the codename of my machine and it means AbsoluteRollingMachine5IndipendentStagesWith2Pistons
In the next few days, I will post alla the new series of pics, with the high quality third stage fo 14mm and the new four stage tool!
Kind regards!
