Colt Combat Commander

Over the weekend I aquired a Colt Combat Commander. I need to replace the sights and the backstrap and get the trigger worked over. Other than that it is in fine shape. I shot it @ 20 meters at a small paper plate and put all seven rounds on target. I really enjoy shooting a 45 ACP, those 230 grain bullets smacking into a target is most satisfying.

I have several 9mms and three other 45s. The best one is always the one you have in your hand at the time.

Here are the sights I am thinking of installing on it. Night sights by Trijicon.

Yeas. The gunlaws here in Finland is about to turn stricter soon because of the two scool massacres we´d had, and it´s getting alot thougher to get a licens for a handgun.

They can enact all the laws they want, but nuts and screwballs will still find a way to kill innocent people. It started not long after someone sharpened the first stick in a fire. These days It is not politically correct to blame the nuts and screwballs and even less correct to actually deal with them in a way that other nuts and screwballs will take notice of.

Down at the bottom of the state of Missouri you will see a town called Ava. I live about 17 KM from this town.
