MEC 650 MODDED by Nikos

Hello to everyone, here is my Mec 650 that I transformed from a small reloader machine to a full four pass loader machine for high quality shotshells!

The machine works in this way:
1. Position N.1: In + Out + Fourth pass crimp
2. Position N.2: Powder
3. Position N.3: Wad + Lead
4. Position N.4: Half Crimp
5. Position N.5: Conic Crimp
6. Position N.6: Special Third Stage Crimp

I can work about 100 hulls every 15 minutes and I am sure that I can handle about 300 high quality hulls every hour!

Sorry, it's impossible for me to do the videos in another language, but the video shows how the machine works, so in the artcile you can have all the relative infos with google translator. If someone wants to transform his 650 to a 4 stage machine like my 650 modded, then he has to buy the 2 screws for 10€ both, to make the modification on lathe for the fourth stage and to buy the rest of the comercial accessories!

1. Professioanl Star Crimper Cortini - 90 €
2. Conic Crimper Idiogomosi - 35 €
3. Special Third Stage Idiogomosi - 65 €
4. Fourth Stage + Modify Holder - 50 € [not in production]
5. 2 x Hand modified Scews - 10 €
6. Special I2S Roller with Guide - 75 €

By the way, for the crimper ad for the half crimp, it's possible to use also a low cost aluminium crimper that costs just 12 €
